Elder Kinghorn and Elder Tolman took a dryer to a flat in Bankstown, about 15 minutes away, where 4 sisters live. To save space, the dryers sometimes hang on brackets above the washers. They are designed to be installed upside down, if necessary, so the controls can be reached! It was good they went together, because it was a 2 man job getting the dryer upside down and on the brackets. The dryers are not that heavy here, but are awkward.
You may think this fridge is small, but this is an upgrade from the one we started with! We are pleased that it holds a week’s worth of groceries. It helps that I pass the fruit and vegetable shop when walking to the post office. I will pick up some nectarines or apples mid week.
